Meatless Monday: Corn Tortillas

The Vegan Zombie teaches you how to make corn tortillas. First you start off with 1 ¾ cup of corn or masa flour, 1 teaspoon of chipotle powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of salt, and whisk. After mixing add one cup of warm water and mix well. Then form the mixture into a ball and seal up for 20 minutes. Next roll out and cut with a 6” ring mold and cook for 30 seconds to a minute on each side.
