Meatless Monday: Martha Stewart and Vegan Baked Beans

Martha Stewart teaches you how to make vegan baked beans. First you soak cranberry beans over night. Then you heat them up and when they are cooked, run them under cold water to wash them. Next drizzle in some olive oil in a large pot with a chopped onion. In another pot mix the bean with ¼ cup of grainy mustard, ¼ cup of molasses, ¼ cup of maple syrup, and five plum tomatoes. Once mixed add them to then onions pot and cover with water. Stick in a 350-degree oven for an hour to an hour and a half. Enjoy!
