SHIPPING POLICY
Grape Cat fulfillment involves 2 to 7 business days for production and 2 to 5 business days for domestic transit. Because items are custom-printed per order, Grape Cat does not accept standard returns or exchanges for buyer remorse or size/color mistakes. However, Grape Cat provides free replacements or refunds for damaged or misprinted items reported within 30 days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Damaged or defective goods: Grape Cat will issue a free reprint or a full refund if you submit a photo and file a claim within 30 days of delivery. Physical returns of defective items are not required.
Buyer mistakes: Orders wrong on the customer's end (like wrong size or buyer changing their mind) are not covered by Grape Cat.
